DOMAIN HOTEL
The Domain Bahrain is an "hotel-club concept" consisting of a 36-storey building, in Bahrain's Diplomatic Area.
A series of paintings were requested done with palette knife. The aim was to have art work reflecting a subject that could relate, in a contemporary way, to Bahrain and the Gulf. As I derive inspiration from nature, photographs taken of plantations in the Kingdom of Bahrain provided an opportunity to work with an existing portfolio of subject matter.
